Dr. Isao Murakami provides general obstetrics (prenatal checkups) and general obstetrics (menstrual problems, low-dose pill, emergency contraception, menopausal syndrome, benign gynecological diseases, cervical pap smear, and abnormal cytology). He, the director of the clinic, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who has been working at several university hospitals (Keio University) in Tokyo. He worked at University of Cambridge and is ready to offer English consultations when needed.

The Papanicolaou smear (Pap test) is a test used to screen women for cervical precancer or cancer. Pap tests can find cervical cancer and precancer in the early stages when it can be treated, and thus may reduce the number of deaths from cervical cancer. If you have some problems of the result of the Pap smear, we can do further detail test with Colposcopy and tissue examination.
If you pointed ASC-US or LSIL by other clinics or health check, please come with the result of the test.
